Do tenants need an app?

No. The text is a link. It opens the camera. They photograph the walk-up meter, confirm the digits, and they’re done. No portal login and nothing to install.

What if a tenant never photographs the meter?

You bill that unit a 150% high estimate. You do not walk the building. They can still send a photo the next month.

Are you a billing company?

No. We write the exact bill or the high estimate from the photo. You still collect rent and utilities. We do not set utility rates.

What does it cost?

$99/month for up to 20 tenants (~$5 each). Then +$20 per +5 tenants (~$4 each). No setup fee. The demo is not a charge.

What if the photo reads the wrong number?

The tenant has to say yes to the digits before an exact bill is written. If it is wrong, they type what they see.

Can I try it before I pay?
